A will is a document that names an executor of your estate and illustrates what shall happen to your assets and minor children in the event of your death. If you die without a will, your assets will be distributed according to the Wills, Estates and Succession Act. Most people have much different intentions than what the Act provides, so it’s important for you to establish a will that meets your specific wishes.
A Living Will (technically called a Representation Agreement) appoints someone to make health care decisions for you should you become unable to do so yourself.
A Power of Attorney appoints someone to make financial decisions on your behalf should you become unable to do so yourself. It’s very similar to a Living Will, but strictly for financial decisions.
By establishing all three, you are guaranteed to have your wishes met when you are unable to make your wishes known, either due to injury, illness, or in the event of your death.
For a limited time we’re offering all three for only $450 plus taxes (Reg $650). Contact us to get started.
